Thank you for supporting my art! Because I live, travel, and operate my studio full-time out of a converted bus, my shipping process looks a little different than corporate retailers. Please review my policies below before making a purchase.

Processing & Handling Times

Allow [3 to 5] business days for shipping. Because my studio is on wheels, I occasionally travel through remote areas with limited post office access. If a delay occurs due to travel or lack of cell service, I will notify you immediately via email.

Processing times for custom work will be agreed upon individually prior to payment.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Domestic Shipping: I ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your label is printed via email.

Note: International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred.

Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the postal carrier, the risk of loss and title for the item passes to you, the buyer. Ramblin Rosie Creative LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather disruptions, or packages lost by the postal service. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office directly to open an investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ramblin Rosie Creative LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Because Ramblin Rosie Creative LLC is a mobile business, if a package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be notified via email, held responsible for any additional shipping fees and subjected to longer shipping times. Ramblin Rosie Creative LLC will not issue refunds for packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Eco-Friendly & Compact Packaging

To honor the environment I travel through and accommodate the limited space in my bus, I use minimal, recyclable, and eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. Your art will always be packed as securely as possible.
