All sales are final. Because all artwork and products on this website are original creations, handmade items, or digital downloads, Ramblin Rosie Creative LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or product exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products and downloads are final. Once a download link is generated or accessed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded

Physical & Handmade Artwork

Because the Ramblin Rosie Creative LLC works across multiple physical mediums, slight variations in color, texture, shape, and size are a natural part of the artistic process. These unique characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.

Damages In Transit

Every piece of art is packaged securely to ensure it survives life on the road. However, if your item arrives severely broken or damaged due to postal carrier mishandling, please contact ramblinrosiecreative@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement item, you must provide:

Your original order number.

Clear photographs of the damaged product.

Clear photographs of the original shipping box/packaging.

If approved, I will arrange for a replacement piece. I do not issue cash or credit card refunds.
